COVID-19 Safety Protocol

Camps Safety Protocol
Restricted Camp Sizes - Camp capacity has been reduced to help limit contact and stay within CDC guidelines.
Player Pods - Players will be grouped into smaller group "pods" based on age and skill level to help aid in social distancing.
Face Masks - Face masks are required for all players & coaches at all times.
Outdoor Check-in's - Players and parents will check-in & check out outside the entrance of the camp facility.
Wellness Checks - Players & Coaches will have daily temperature checks taken using contactless thermometers.
Handing Washing - Players & Coaches will be required to wash hands frequently throughout the day.
Social Distancing - Players and Coaches will allow 10 feet of distance between themselves at all times.
Basketball Sanitization - Basketballs will be sanitized periodically throughout each day of camp.
Staggered Lunches - Players will eat lunch in small groups staggered throughout the midday.
Player Protocol

FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS.

TIME BUFFERS
- TIME BUFFERS WILL BE USED TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ENTERING & EXITING AT THE SAME TIME.
- ALLOW TRAINERS TO DISINFECT SURFACES & EQUIPMENT AFTER EACH SESSION.

PLAYERS WILL HAVE THEIR TEMPERATURE TAKEN USING CONTACTLESS THERMOMETERS UPON ENTERING.

PLAYERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN BALL AND DISINFECT UPON ARRIVAL.

PLAYERS WILL WASH HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER SESSIONS.

SOCIAL DISTANCING:
- PLAYERS WILL REMAIN 6 FEET APART DURING ALL SESSIONS (WHEN IN LINE, DURING DEMONSTRATIONS, ETC.).
- ALL DRILLS WILL BE NON-CONTACT TO ALLOW FOR 6 FEET OF SEPARATION.
- PLAYERS WILL NOT SHARE BASKETBALLS OR PARTAKE IN DRILLS WHERE THEY PASS TO ONE ANOTHER.
Staff Protocol

- TIME BUFFERS WILL BE USED TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ENTERING & EXITING AT THE SAME TIME.
- ALLOW TRAINERS TO DISINFECT SURFACES & EQUIPMENT AFTER EACH SESSION.

SANITIZE
- ALL TRAINING AIDS THAT ARE USED DURING EACH SESSION MUST BE DISINFECTED PRIOR TO THE NEXT SESSION (CONES, CHAIRS, DUMMY DEFENDERS, ETC.)
- SANITIZE SINK, SOAP DISPENSER, & PAPER TOWEL HOLDER AFTER EACH SESSION.

TRAINING STAFF WILL WASH HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER EACH SESSIONS.

AIRFLOW
- THE FRONT DOORS OF OUR FACILITIES WILL BE PROPPED OPEN ALLOWING FOR TOUCHLESS ENTRY AND INCREASED AIRFLOW.
- EACH OF OUR FACILITIES ALSO HAVE BAY DOORS THAT WILL BE OPEN FOR EVEN MORE AIRFLOW.

SOCIAL DISTANCING:
- TRAINERS WILL NOT MAKE PHYSICAL CONTACT WITH PLAYERS (NO DUMMY DEFENSE, ETC.)
- ALL DRILLS WILL BE NON-CONTACT TO ALLOW FOR 6 FEET OF SEPARATION.
- TRAINERS WILL NOT REBOUND OR PASS TO PLAYERS.

OUR TRAINERS WILL USE MULTIPLE BASKETS TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL DISTANCING BETWEEN PLAYERS.
Parent Protocol

WE ARE ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO NOT COME INSIDE THE FACILITIES TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL DISTANCING. PLEASE WATCH THROUGH THE BAY DOOR OR WINDOWS.

WE HAVE REMOVED CHAIRS FROM THE FACILITY TO HELP AID SOCIAL DISTANCING.

IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY AND YOU NEED TO ENTER THE FACILITY, PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS WHEN ENTERING & BEFORE LEAVING.

IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY AND YOU NEED TO ENTER THE FACILITY, PLEASE MAINTAIN AT LEAST 6 FEET OF SPACE FROM ANY PLAYERS OR OTHER PARENTS.
