It’s a GREAT time to be part of Evolution Basketball!  We are EVOLVING by the day and we could not be more excited to welcome three new fantastic trainers that have joined our staff over the last few months!   


HeadShotCollardKatie Collard – Joins us after receiving her Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning at the George Washington University in 2014.  While working on her master’s, Katie had the opportunity to train multiple Division I sports; women’s basketball, women’s soccer, volleyball, swimming, rowing and squash.  Prior to GW, Katie trained at ‘Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning,’ one of the most renowned facilities in the nation.  She has worked with young athletes, collegiate athletes and professional athletes from all different sports and skill-levels.  We are extremely excited to have Katie on board as our Director of Speed, Agility and Strength and know that she will be an incredible asset to our team!

HeadShotJessJessilyn Conicelli –  Joins us after a standout five year professional career overseas.  Among her many honors, she was most recently named the Eurobasket Forward of the Year in 2015!  Prior to having an accomplished professional career, Jessilyn was a 2 time All American and NABC Coaches First Team All American at Biola College in 2011.  Jessilyn’s positive energy and enthusiasm for teaching the game will definitely be a huge asset to our staff.

HeadShotMeghanMeghan Gadell – We are so fortunate to have another Evolution Alumni coming back to work with us and help the next generation evolve!  Meghan joins us after a stellar career playing at Roanoke College where she was a starter, team captain, and lead the team in 3 point percentage and totals.  A graduate of Bishop O’Connell and former Vogues AAU player, she is also working with the Vogues Championship caliber 17U team.  Meghan will be pursuing a Masters degree in Sports Psychology and will be using those skills to help all players training with Evolution.
