Coaching/Training Career:
My name is Marquis Woodyard and I am from Harrisburg Pennsylvania.
I attended Governor Thomas Johnson high school in Frederick Maryland where I was a three-sport varsity athlete and two-time Gatorade player of the year. I had a really great career in track, basketball, and football but, ultimately I decided to play football at James Madison University, a Division I school in the CAA conference.
I really enjoyed my time playing football at the Division I level and working my way into becoming a starter for the program. I was better at football but my true passion and love has always been basketball. After graduating from JMU, I took a head-coaching job for a boys varsity team in Bridgewater Virginia.
I have the opportunity to get back to the sport I love the most, share my knowledge of the game, and help players develop their skills.
