My name is Doug Howard and I am from Leesburg, Virginia.

In high school, I was a four-year Varsity Starter, playing two years at Bishop O’Connell and two years at Flint Hill School. During my high school time, I won a state championship and received all-state and all-conference honors.  I then went on to play Division I college basketball at William and Mary for four years which then led me to be college coaching for two seasons at Salisbury University (NCAA Division III).

My most memorable college playing moment was getting a steal and tough finish on my senior night! It was a televised game in front of family and friends against our in-state rival JMU.  It was fun going on an 8-0 run during my last game at William and Mary.
