.Daily Session Outline
Each 1-hour session is intensely focused on building and testing the improved shooting mechanics. Each session will have 2 trainers to split players into smaller, focused groups based on their specific grade and skill level.
First 30–40 Minutes (Mechanics): Strict focus on shooting form, footwork, and release.
Final 20–30 Minutes (Action): High-speed repetitions, live shooting drills, and in-game scenario competitions.
