My name is Ashlee White, and I am originally from Woodbridge Virginia!
I had the pleasure of playing basketball at Osbourn Park High School and then I continued my career at a Division one school, Mount Saint Mary’s University. I was first-team all-conference, team captain, and was awarded a documentary centered around my transition into college!
My most memorable college experience was the game I scored my career-high, 40 points! it actually showed me the true significance of training. I was never much of a practice player, but our head trainer had me shooting the same shot for about 2 hours straight the day before & in-game I couldn’t miss!
I became a trainer because I believe that basketball is a great space for learning life, it teaches us how to deal with adversity, how to adapt quickly, when to be patient and when to push, it teaches us pace. I’ve learned so much about life through ball & my only hope is that I can share the impact that I have experienced growing with it.
