Hi, my name is Nadav Kalender and I am from Fairfax Virginia.

I played my high school basketball at Charles E. Smith Day School in Rockville Maryland where I was a four-year varsity starter for the boy’s basketball team. In all four of my seasons, I made the all-star team, to go along with three all-league awards, and a conference championship. During my junior and senior campaigns, I served as team captain.

My favorite moment from my playing career was winning the league championship in my senior season. The team we beat just happened to be one of our biggest rivals, we had tough battles with them over the past two seasons and they blew us out in the championship game a year prior. Needless to say, it was a great feeling to finish on top of the league during my last season of high school basketball. To make this even more memorable I had a major impact on the game as it came down to the wire, making some clutch plays to seal the victory.

I started training with Evolution in middle school and continued throughout my high school playing days. My passion for the game of basketball runs deep, as I’ve always wanted to work in the player development and coaching landscapes. There is nothing better in life than giving back to the game that has given so much to my development as a person. I hope to help fuel passion in the new generation of players, giving them the guidance they need in the game and beyond!
